Salon Policy
Important Information
We require a $25 - $100 non-refundable deposit to confirm appointments. Deposit cost varies depending on the service in which you are booked for. This will be deducted from the total service cost on the day of the appointment.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your hair, please let us know within 7 days. We do not offer refunds but we will rectify any issues you may have! Having our clients 100% satisfied is why we love what we do!
Please try to arrive to your appointment 5 mins early. If you are anymore then 15 minutes late, we may need reschedule your appointment.
Major services are not available to book online, such as colour corrections/makeovers, keratin smoothing treatments & hair extensions. These services will require a phone consultation prior to booking.
If you are unsure of which service to book or cannot find a time that suits you, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.
Cancellations
Our schedule is dedicated to our clients & their needs, but when we have a last minute cancellation or a no-show, we cannot fill that time with another person. As a result of this, please understand that we require 48hrs notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
If you cancel with notice outside of the 48hr period your deposit will be transferred to your next appointment.
If these requirements cannot be met, you will lose your deposit. No-show appointments will be invoiced 50% of the service cost amount in which they were booked for. No-show appointments will risk not being rebooked in the future.
We provide 1 on 1 services (we are not a production line salon). We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand that ours is too.
